We provide a 100% refund guarantee for the amount paid for a particular Event in case of cancellation/substitution/postponement of the Event.
We refund the funds paid for the Event chosen by the Client, in case the Client refuses the training, provided that the Client timely applied for a refund to Fa-profit.com, namely no later than 3 (three) calendar days before the trainings and 14 (fourteen) calendar days for courses, trainings and intensives, until the day of the event. If the client applies later than the established terms, the payment is partially refunded or not refunded (detailed terms are specified in the contract-offer for each event).

Fa-profit.com does not refund the money for the Product purchased by the Client, since from the moment of purchase, the Client receives unlimited access to view the video material contained in the Product, upon its purchase, the Client understands and agrees to the terms of the public offer for granting access rights to the informational materials of the service.
All refunds are made by transferring the amount of money to the VISA/MASTERCARD card indicated by the client. The duration of the transaction can take from 1 to 10 banking days.
